May 24, 2009 – Visiting TaTonka
We went to visit Neil Smith Wildlife Refuge – one of the largest prairie reconstructions ever attempted. When complete, it is projected to be 8,000 acres.
There’s an nice interpretive center where the kids took a break on some old skins.
