June 3, 2005 – Down the Wind Turbine Path?
This morning we had a meeting with the local electric company about their policies etc. for a residential wind turbine. I would say the door was not yet shut. And I found out the insurance quote we received from our agent may have been significantly out of line. So our next steps are to look at specific turbines and other insurance carriers. I ordered a replacement camera last night (thank goodness for E-bay, I could get the same model I had used, instead of having to send thie one in or buy a new one. So, hang in there until the pictures come back!

We’re looking into the same technology – not as far down the path as we just bought the place in December but we figure since we already have high tension power lines, the zoning committee can’t no-no one turbine!
